We have several membership options that make it easy to fit Power & Grist CrossFit into your busy schedule. We have Unlimited memberships, 3x/week or Punch Card memberships. Unlimited memberships allow you to come as often as you like. If you plan on coming a few times a week on a regular basis, an unlimited membership is right for you. If your schedule is a little more hectic, or you’re just using CrossFit to supplement your workout routine, try 3x/week or get a punch card.
